I just watched the ab exercise video and want to know where I can purchase the exercise ball.
    Ones anyone know? Gabrielle?

    Hi Paula

It’s a size 3 ball. That should make it easier! They’re everywhere. Sports stores. Amazon. I even found some (in the US) at several mainly sportswear stores.

Thanks Gabrielle. Do they come already blown up? If so, how do you let some of the air out so it is usable lie the way you describe in your video? Is is easy to do?
    Thank you~

    Hi Paula

Just try it out the way you get it when you buy it. It may be just perfect.

If not let out a tiny bit using the needle from a bike pump. Moisten it and then put it in the valve and release a tiny bit of air.

Ab exercise video? Do I have it as part of the Master Class package, or is it part of an email or separate purchase? I’m ready to learn new ways to use an exercise ball to strengthen my core. Thanks!

    Hi John

It’s on the Free Videos page. You’ll see the size of ball I recommend – a size 3.

    Thanks, Gabrielle!

I searched “ab exercise ball” and found the video “Flatten your tummy and strengthen your back.” The video states that your website has a link to help me find the perfect size ball for me. I couldn’t find the link, but I’m guessing that the No. 3 size you mentioned is good… assuming it’s between 7 and 9 inches, as the video suggests…

The exercise looks super! I’m not sure if I’m ready for that, yet… I’m concerned since Elli (see my Hernia post) warned me initially about leg lifts. But, she seemed to have no concern when I participated in her yoga class yesterday as she instructed alternate Boat and Canoe poses several times — the stress may be similar… I’ll ask.

Again, I really appreciate your generosity!

I watched your Core/Ab video, and can’t wait to get started!

One or two product SKUs for the ball would be helpful here.

I searched Amazon for “size 3 ball” and the results were mostly children’s soccer balls for “ages 8 and under” with no dimensions ($15USD – $25USD)  and Althea Medical Group sponsored ad for “65cm antiburst”  ($17USD).

Would the 9-inch “original Gertie ball” ($6USD) do?

    Hello GKat

The size 3 ball is it! Every size 3 soccer ball I have ever bought in the US and in Australia has always been less than $10 (and often $6 and $7).
