I am a newbie, just signed up to the site.
I am about to start a 60 day challenge, 40 classes in 60 days. I would like to do more, but depends on how I go. The Bikram studio is 20 mins drive from home (depending on traffic) and I have a 2.5 year-old so it depends on my husband too 🙂 But realistically I can manage 5 classes per week. Very excited. Not only am I doing this for weight loss, but for the mind and spirit. I am looking forward to it. It will be a big challenge for me. I will still go to the gym as well to push along my weight loss efforts. I will be starting a blog, so will be sure to post it.
