I’m about to get back into Bikram after a very long break (about three years!). In that time I’ve been doing other types of yoga and lots of boxing, running and weights with a trainer. Generally I’m very fit but have fallen off the bandwagon the past three months or so.

In that time I’ve developed a fair bit of cellulite on my thighs which is really depressing. I’ve always had some cellulite, which I can live with, but it’s the sudden extra lumps that are driving me crazy!

Does anyone know if Bikram can help get rid of it – and if so, how long does it take?

There’s so much conflicting information out there about cellulite and whether or not you can get rid of it, so I’m interested to hear if anyone’s got a first-person tale.

I also need to lose a few kilos, but I’m not overweight – just a bit out of shape. I’m thinking that it’ll be harder for me to shed that with Bikram as generally it’s more difficult to lose the last 5kgs than the first. (In my experience anyway).

Anyway, I’d love to hear what everyone has to say on the topic.

    Hi CassieLee

Yep, do the hot yoga! I am sure that MANY others can tell you that legs and butts become smoother and dimples disappear with regular and frequent practice! The toning that occurs can be rather remarkable.

    Namaste
