Hello everyone,
A hot yoga studio has recently opened up in my area, I do have some experience but haven’t practiced in about 2 years. I am the heaviest I have ever been so would like to lose about 20-25lbs. The problem I face is that because of work commitments I can only visit this beautiful little studio 2 times a week. So I wondered about combining my practice with running. Has anyone done this? Experienced any weight loss/health benefits from this combination of training?
