Thank you for your amazing emails I really look forward to receiving them.
I would really like your advice as I seem to have some how bruised by ribs, I continued to do yoga for about a week into it but I have just taken 4 days off hoping that would make a difference but I am really missing it physically and mentally. I read what you posted on the Hot Yoga Forum and I am looking forward to getting back to yoga on Tuesday morning but I was wondering what would be the best poses to avoid for the time being? I am still sore and do not want to aggravate it.
