I’ve been practicing Bikram for one and a half year, in the last nine months I’ve attended the class four to six days a week. My thigh is getting toner but bulkier, not only me feel that way but some of my friends noticed that too.
I’m not sure if I have been excessively contracting my thigh until the muscles in that area getting too massive. I don’t think I have increase my diet. Usually, I have Oats or a slice of bread for Breakfast; Vegies & Egg or a bit of Meat for lunch; Fruit & Yogurt or Salad for dinner.
Any ideas at all?
