I can’t get both hands to my heels in camel. I think this is due to scoliosis in my upper back. I have been trying to alternate each hand, but have yet to be able to do both hands. Any suggestions?

    Hi Mary Lou

The answer … is to stay with both hands on your hips/lower back for a while longer. You can do a lot of damage by only going back with one hand. It can be quite unsettling. So stick with both hands and keep focusing on lifting up through the spine and the chest rather than simply leaning back. Push hips forward and lift up, up, up!
