When practising at home or when away, it can be difficult to get the temperature/humidity control that you might like for Bikram yoga. But if you know any other yoga, a few Sun Salutations work a treat to warm you up from the inside if you move into each of the Salutation poses on successive exhalations, Astanga style. When you are both warm and loosened up you can follow with the Bikram poses. Works for me!!
