I have been noticing from time to time that I get chills and gooseflesh towards the end of the floor postures. Is this over heating or dehydration? Should I take a knee or power thru?

    Hi Kimmy

I was asking myself where you might be feeling the sensations. Chills are usually a whole body sensation but could be confined to say just your back for example. Gooseflesh may also be localised or generalised. Which is it for you?

Rather than me telling you some of the danger signs, it is best you look up the difference between heat exhaustion and hyponatremia. Of course look up dehydration. See if any of those symptoms are yours. It is possible that you have an electrolyte imbalance.

Please let me know if you need any more help. It’s definitely something you need to manage!

It could be as simple as sea salt added to your food or water, taking supplements, and or more water.

    Namaste
    Gabrielle 🙂
