Hello,
I really want to practice on a daily or atleast 5 days a week – but I need more support. If hot yoga was a team event and we all walked into our studio(s) together, I would get there a lot more often. When I had a personal trainer, I also worked out more. Does anyone have any sugestions for coaches? or a way to make it a team event? The forum is great, but I really need a retreat, or group energy that is more interactive and in real time.
