    Hi All!

I’m hoping somebody has some advice for me! I’ve decided to create a hot yoga studio at home so that I can do it more frequently without having to leave the house. I’ve got the space for it but I’m not quite sure what the best way to heat it is. I need some sort of room heater so I can contain the heat just to the studio room, but as far as how big of a heater (BTUs, what are those!?) 🙂 or what’s safer and better for breathing (electric, gas, etc.) Can anyone tell me what the best options are? I’ve started my searching online with Portable Heaters and they seem to have one of everything, but I’m more lost than ever. Help?!

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi Jocelyn

It’s really going to depend on whether you have drafts, how big the room is, whether it’s an open space or an enclosed room. The size of the room, the height of the ceiling, whether you have insulation in the ceiling and perhaps in the walls, the number and size of the windows…. the list goes on!!! In other words, if we are to help you, we need more information.

Well done for taking your practice home! It’s such a commitment.

    Namaste
    Gabrielle 🙂
