My car was t-boned when another driver ran a red light. The airbag employed with such force as to dislocate and fracture my elbow. After 18 months of therapies, I have tried to return to yoga…my love and main form of exercise. My elbow never will regain full extension and therefore is about 6 inches shorter than my other arm. Can you recommend variations so that my shoulder doesn’t end up overcompensating and causing a whole different set of problems?
