Rabbit is a pose I intensly dislike. I can see the logic of it as a counterpose to Camel but I must be doing something wrong as I seem to get a feeling of dislocation in my sternum to the extent that when I come out of the pose I need to push it about a bit and massage the area to get things back in place again. Whatever is happening and what do I do to fix it?
The solution I have at present is not to do it at all but do plough instead to get the same effect. I am fine with that position though do find breathing in it a challenge.
