I guess that depends on your personal goals. For me, one of the things I love about this yoga is that it improves muscle tone, strength, flexibility, mental focus, and cardio. I don’t feel like I need anything else, which is good, because I’m a bit lazy. :red:

My own goals primarily involve being healthy overall and staying toned. Bikram yoga has accomplished that for me.

    Hi Emma (hi Kristin!)

There are quite a number of other threads on the forum that have been initiated by people who ask similar questions. Hunt around in the different sections.

I encourage you to go with your gut on this one. 4-5 times per week is a sterling effort

All the yoga exercise are good for your health. The more you practise the better the benefits. Now its depend on you, what you want to do..

I love Bikram yoga and I would do it everyday of the week if my schedule and the schedule of my studio didn’t collide so much! So I do Bikram 3-4 times a week and also run 2-3 times a week. I find the yoga really helps my running and I feel like I’m getting an extra boost of cardio! My advice is to stick with just the yoga if it feels right for you, if not, then try a few different exercises out and see what fits for you. Good luck!
