I have been practiced bikram yoga for a while now and i still feel so weird after class. A bit sick and crave weird stuff i normally never eat and i feel i could sleep forever.
I love bikram but i i don’t like the way it make me feel afterwards.
what should i do?
How long have you been practicing? What foods are you craving? What do you normally? What do you normally drink and how much? Sick how so? How much sleep do you get?
I would recommend drinking more water and make sure you’re replacing electrolytes, but if you be a bit more specific maybe I can offer a few suggestions. 🙂
