Hi! I am 37 yrs old and have just started doing Bikram yoga…and have been going every second day for two weeks…Twice now I have had flu like symptoms the day after class…Chills, achey (its like my skin aches all over) and no appetite…I am wondering if this is normal? Or if anyone else has had these symptoms?
I have been really careful hydrating with both water and coconut water before/during and after class, so I don’t think it is a hydration issue…
