What do you recommend to eat before early morning Yoga class for my energy to last for 90 minutes?
I have a banana w/peanut butter and tea.

I for one would find it useful to learn what time your ‘early’ morning class is. It may also be good to know what time you normally eat breakfast on regular non-yoga days.

I practice at 6 am and drink a zico an hour before + a 32 oz bottle of water on my commute to class. I do find I have a better practice this way compared to when I practice later in the day with a light meal 3 hours prior.

Speaking of cocnut water, how much should one drink before and after class? I assume a 330ml carton is good enough?
