    There are certain myths about Yoga. Though I’m not a doctor, but I’ll always recommend seeing a doctor before stepping in to Yoga Practice. It’s a proven fact that our immune system gets stronger & stronger by practicing Yoga, but at the same time Yoga also helps you in finding out your weakness.
    The natural state of Yoga is for Relaxation & it’s necessary for every living ones.
