I have been doing Bikram now for 31 days in a row. I love it! I’m feeling great. However, over the last 3 days now, I have noticed my heart skipping beats here and there. Once for a sustained hour. I have been reading about electrolyte imbalance caused by all the sweating. Knowing that electrolytes play an important part in sending the heart the electrical messages it needs to keep a steady beat, how do I get the electrolyte balance back? Any help would be appreciated!
