I purchased the MP3 download to use while I wait for my Master Class kit to arrive. I purchased it once before (18 months ago) but it got deleted from my computer somehow, which is why I decided to Re-Order it…
Unfortunately, my link to download the audio mp3 shows that the link is EXPIRED even though its only a few minutes old…I’m pretty sure the link is recognizing my OLD purchase date.
Does anyone know how to solve this glitch??? I asked Customer Service via email, but I doubt I’ll hear anything until Monday (at the soonest)…that means no yoga until then. Grrrr!

Ye have little faith! 😆 Our customer service is much more responsive than that! We just got up and it’s Sunday morning here. Robert will be with you soon.
If you’ve sent an email to help@ then we get to those with the urgency that they require. I am sure you will be back on your yoga feet very soon. As you can see I am the yoga technical expert, not the IT one :cheese:

Gabrielle 🙂Yep it’s all sorted now (download will automatically be available) – you were right, the system was recognizing the old purchase record, since you don’t need to re-purchase (that’s a glitch in our system making an assumption which I will fix).
I’ve already refunded your second purchase – not required for downloads, just ask us and we’ll re-activate it!

This kind of customer service is really bad for all other companies out there. Not only a response from the Yoga Doctor, but the IT Doctor. On a Sunday morning, no doubt!
