Hello!
i have herniated with bulging discs on c3-4, c4-5, c5-6 and c6-7; i have experienced neck pain before but I thought it was due to stress, however on June 13th I was on a car accident and experienced whiplash which made it painful. I am afraid of going back to yoga, pranayama is rather painful. I am convinced of the healing powers of yoga and i was wondering what modifications can I do to the asanas so I don’t make it even worse. Thank you so much.
