Hello wonderful hot yoga community,
I have been practicing hot yoga for a while now (2 years for once a week) and belly gets on the all the time when I am getting into the poses. It is annoying and very uncomfortable. I have a big belly, mostly my upper stomach bulges during yoga. My practical issue is to flatten my stomach and if it is possible, it will be nice to get a “six packs” :coolsmile:
Does anyone knows how to reach my goal without hurting my back?

Actually, without even the slightest exaggeration, I hear from women who say that this is the way they finally got rid of their extra shape on their bellies.
