I’ve posted before and i’m sure that looking at all the numbers of readers on this forum someone (s) can help me.
Why what is it about this style of yoga that grabs you? Why did it happen so fast? What is going on in my body that makes me want to do it more?
I’m going to be a home practitioner. alone and need lots of hand holding because I am alone.
How do I start? is there an outline in the packages as to what to do each day? If you were to tell me to do as I want, I won’t know what to do because I don’t know what I want.
So how do I do this?
