Hi, I just recently started doing bikram yoga this past Saturday and then did it again today. I love it!! But I noticed that I have gotten so much more hungry throughout the day than I have before. Before I just had a normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner and would rarely have snacks. Because I used to never be as hungry. So I was wondering if this is normal? Now I need 2 snacks before dinner and I’m still hungry by the time I go to bed. So I’m worried that I may be eating too much?? And scared that it isn’t good to do that. Another topic is sleep. I noticed that I have gotten way more tired. Needing to take naps more.
Anyways, I do like the yoga and plan on doing it more often!! Thank you.
