My backproblem was better than for a long time, nit perfect, but better. And two days while in London skateboarding I hurt my back a little. No fall, just some twisting of the back or something. Yesterday I did a demo with my back not too well, and after it was so bad… can hardly walk now. I am in pain and stiff, can not bend forward,
I am not sure if it is just the muscles, or if back is out of alignement.
Should I do my yoga right away, or should I rest a few days?
Chiropractor? It usually helps, but Yoga I can do it at home…
