Hi,
I joined bikram yoga since I have chondromalacia(cartilage has worn away a bit).
But after taking 4 classes I have a lot of knee burning pain, calf pain and lower leg pain. I am not doing a couple of poses like the kneeling pose where ur hands touch the toes. I am wndering if I should stop doing yoga as I was better off before doing it.
Please advise.
