    My Bikram practice is coming along great this summer.

    I have lost weight, mostly in the legs and face.

    My waist and arms, well, there is still that layer of flab above the waist-line and the upper arms.

    When will this go away, anyone else who’ve had similar probem??

    great link, thank you.

    Are there not ways that the Bikram Yoga alone can work on the core of the body and gain strength that way. I was hoping for that, but will look into applying this as well.
