    Since I’m new to yoga, how frequently should I do yoga workouts every week, and how long should those workouts last? I know that when I first started doing cardio, for example, it was safe to do it everyday but I had to limit myself to about half an hour and then build up my endurance over time. Is yoga pretty much the same?

Try “Hot Yoga FAQs” the section on “Frequency of Practice” and “Benefits of Hot Yoga”. In there you’ll find lots of different opinions and experiences upon which you can draw to come up with what is best for you
