Hi everyone,
I am in my 3rd week of Bikram Yoga. I have a love/hate relationship with it..lol. No, seriously, I love it. I was starting to get that old person hump on my back, and I am only 43. It is completely gone! 🙂 My posture is better, and the arthritis in hips is easing up.
My BP is a little on low side, and it seems to be affecting me after class. It’s odd, but I am fine after class. It’s when I get home, shower and relax that low BP symptoms seem to start….blurred vision, cold clammy skin, dizziness…etc.
Does anyone have some pointers for during or after class that may help with this?
