Hi Gabrielle!
i practice yoga quite regularly-bikram mostly.
i am a big sweater…sometimes though i taste a metal taste in my mouth. ??Hi Luna
You’re the second person to ask a similar question in a week. Here’s the other one: Metallic Taste In The Mouth.
As I said to Grace it would indicate an imbalance in your system and there are so many possible reasons that it’s really worth having it all checked out.
Namaste

I recently had a metallic taste in my mouth for several days, it was very bitter at the back of my mouth. Some investigation on google led me to chat groups which discuss people having this problem after consuming pine nuts, which I had for the first time. This bad taste lasts anywhere from 2 days to a month. It was traced to Sams Club, Trader Joe’s and others brought in from China. Mine lasted 5 days. Since there are many raw fooders and vegans who use pignolias a lot in cheeses and pie crusts, etc. I thought I should pass it along to this group, albeit it may not be relevant to this person if it goes away for the rest of the day.
well for me it is not pine nuts because i haven t had those in a while. the taste only lasts less then 5 minutes in class when i am in a postures….
will continue researching thisif anyone else has this or knows about this or someone who has had this..would love to hear from you!
thanx
