I am very new here. I started doing yoga as practiced by a rather famous wrestler a couple of years back. I am not a toe toucher, but I do have other strengths. I joined here because I believe, possibly, the members are a bit more mature than the members of the famous wrestler’s forum. (The wreslter himself is great…just the zeitgeist of the forums are experiencing some real “peaches”.)
I am interested in Hot Yoga, but the only studio I know is 400 miles away in Boise. I would be willing to fly solo at home, but, am wondering how to heat up my space, etc.
Anyway, it is good to be here. And I hope to add knowledge to my very limited yoga experience.

Hello Tensolator!
We try to be super-friendly here – and yes of course we focus on Hot Yoga, but we are not averse to ANY yoga discussions!
Plenty of folks on this forum also practice ‘hot yoga at home – often with no heat, just because they like the flow.
And others who have built nice heated home practice environments!
Anyway, welcome aboard 🙂
Thank you Robert. I just spied a studio in Jackson, Wyoming (via the net). I am a little over an hour away from there, maybe I could sneek over on a Saturday and participate.
I also have “The Barkan Method” DVD at home. Maybe it is time to give that a try. I have seen the Hot Yoga MasterClass book and am not adverse to introducing myself to that.
Again, thank you, and take care.
