    Hello Gabriëlle, everyone,

I’m on day 28 of my 30-day challenge. It’s my second time doing a challenge like this and this time, like last time, I noticed my period stops. Last time it came back the month after, but I simply skipped a month! I thought this was a coincidence (since I had just gone off the pill then and was a bit irregular), but now – almost a year later, the same thing happened!

I’m confused! I am not underweight, even gained a bit during the challenge (muscle, I think), and even went through a couple of days where it felt like I was PMSing, but no period! I eat well, making sure I get enough proteins, carbs, salts, potassium, etc, and I feel good. So… why is this happening? And has anyone else experienced the same thing?

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Anna,

maybe your body is so tired, that is impossible to have a period. Your body knows what to do and maybe dont want to burden with period.

But I’m feeling really good. Not tired at all. Weird, no?

    Hi Anna

No, I haven’t experienced the same thing with yoga (but have with delayed cycle after pill-withdrawal many years ago). It really could be coincidence. I am sure you have Googled ‘reasons for delayed period’ or similar terms. Do any of those considerations gel with you?

    Hi Anna

I was just going to check in with you and I realised I don’t know if you do challenges which are 30 days straight or with 1 day off per week. Let me know please

    Namaste
    Gabrielle 🙂
