Hello Everybody,
First of all I really like to spend time on this site and read all the bits by you people,
facing the fact that with you I have the interest and say it, addiction towards the hot yoga; well for me specifically Bikram’s yoga method.
I’m going to participate on the next teacher training by him,
and
I would like to read some smart advice on how to handle this extremely lot of sweating,
lack of minerals and vitamins which will surely be the case;
if you have anything for me,
please do not hesitate…
