May I ask you if you’re considering continuing your studio visits or if you’re planning to do all your practice at home?
It’s also important to know your own outcome for your practice. Is it more for stress, for weightloss, for trimming that belly? If you had no stress but a little flab on your belly would that be OK? If you had a lithe slim body but reacted to stress would that be OK?
Well they’re crude questions but you get my drift. The weightloss product definitely addresses shape change from all angles – not just exercise and not just food and not just attitude or mindset.
The Home Practice Kit (with the DVD) would be wonderful if you want to practise at least some of the time at home if not all. You’ll have the DVD to review when you need to watch a class alongside just hearing the audio instruction. It’s particularly helpful for reviewing poses one or 2 at a time to gain greater distinctions and understanding so that your practice is safe, effective and risk free.
If you go to a studio that relies on a script and says the same things every time you will likely find that there is a limit to the depth (of experience) that you can go.
Whatever you decide you can simply follow the directions for the tummy exercise on the free online video. I like to do this activity before and or after class. While the exercise is referred to in the Weightloss product it refers you to watch the video. And pssst… it works really well.
There is a TON of information and lots of wonderful eating ideas and recipes that will help you make changes in your body (and the health of your entire family). There is a lot of guidance from the point of view of food choice and preparation and how to transition your way with ease and delicious experiences.

I am continuing to go to the studio, and absolutely love that experience. Since I am only able to go twice a week at present, I think I will soon buy the Home Practice Kit and that will be an excellent start for me! Thank you so much! 🙂
