I decided to add pushups in addition to Bikram yoga. I feel that my chest doesn’t get quite as much of a workout as it could (though everything else seems to get exercised).
Anyway the reason I’m posting is to see whether anyone else is interested in a pushup challenge? I’m following a challenge to get to 100 non-stop pushups within the course of six weeks. I didn’t actually test myself before I started but I could probably do about 30 I’d guess. Anyway the guide I’m following is at hundredpushups.com . I’m only on Day 2 of week 1 so if anyone else wants to start now it’ll be pretty much the same time. If you follow their program you only have to do them 3 times a week and it takes about 15 minutes each time. I’ll be interested to see how far I get with this and whether I will in fact be able to do 100 pushups without a rest within 6 weeks.
Anyone else want to try?
