I like it! A friend and I were commenting just this weekend how Hot Yoga is the only activity we could think of (other than therapy) where you voluntarily put yourself in a situation designed to reveal your weaknesses, you must acknowledge and accept them, and work on building strength with patience and determination.
Alternatively we also saw a Marine running by wearing a t-shirt that read – “pain is weakness leaving the body…”
