Hello Robert and Gabrielle,
Is there an MP3 or a CD that contains a single series class? So far I have been using my CDs from the home practice kit, alternating standing and floor series every time I can practice. Because time for me is an issue, and because I like getting the benefits of each pose, I’d like to know if there is a class featuring only single series. I love listening to the class. I suppose I could practice without it, but it really helps me when I listen to Gabrielle during the class.
Please let me know if this is possible at all.
