Dear Gabrielle, my knees are so stiff that I can’t sit “Japanese style” on my heels. Do you have any suggestions. Is it just a matter of time or I shouldn’t push it? Thanks,

    Hi Juneermint

May I ask you what exactly are you able to do? When you try to sit that way to what extent are you able to sit? Are your legs together? Is there pain? Where is the pain or the resistance? Are you only able to do this with your hands on the floor? When and if they’re on the floor are you able to sit upright or are you leaning forward? Where exactly do you feel the effects in the knees only and where, or in the ankles or shins?

Your mission … should you choose to accept it … is to tell me more!

    Namaste
    Gabrielle 🙂
