So I recently went away for a few days and did a lot of walking.
I also have been adding some kind of daily Yoga or exercise video for about 30 minutes in addition to hot yoga 2-3 times a week.
Ive noticed since the trip especially my muscles have been very achy and they hurt when I move, even to just sit down. Â Even moreso since my last hot yoga class 2 nights ago.
I feel like I know my limits and don’t push myself (the videos tend to be all seated stuff that I do at work with my clients, most who have physical disabilities.
My diet and hydration level hasn’t really changed.
I am due for a doctor visit, but do you think this could have anything to do with yoga and exercise? Â Another yoga forum seemed quick to say it was the hot yoga class.
