I wanted to thank you for your kind and detailed responses to my personal email last week. This morning I purchased the “package” we discussed (master class and home practice manual with downloads and DVDs). I completed the 90 minute class (from the mp3) this morning, and enjoyed it more than usual. I have been using the Bikram CDs and do enjoy those, but find that your narrative and additional detail are more helpful for me than the ones I’ve been using. I am part way through reading the Home Practice Manual (download) and find it very helpful as well. I really look forward to receiving the Master Class Manual!
I am sure I will have questions as I work at improving my practice. If they are not already addressed on the forum, I’ll be back in touch.
