I am considering getting one the value packs for my private home practice and one of my main goals is to lose weight. which one will be the most appropriate for my need?
Does the Full Package include the Easy Weight Loss package as well?

It would be great to know a little more about your situation before I can really point you in what I think may be the best direction for you.
May I ask you:
>> How long have you been practising in total (hot yoga, 90 minute classes – or if different please explain)
>> How long have you been practising at home?
>> How many classes per week have you been attending?
>> If you don’t mind telling me how much shape/weight you are wanting to modify? 😉Is there anything else you want to let me in on regarding your ‘weight’ loss wants?
The ‘Full Package’ that I think you’re referring to is the Manual, 2 practice DVDs and the poster but doesn’t not include the Easy Weight Loss with Hot Yoga program.
The WL program does include audio classes to suit different needs (from 20 minutes to the full 90 minutes) and a pdf manual on the unique program incorporating the different and integrated ‘sides’ of creating sustainable change, plus a recipe book. It’s by no means just about what you eat but an integrated holistic approach. (I included that for folks who may not know what we’re referring to).

To answer your questions, I would say That I have been practicing Bikram and power yoga for about 2 years. Some seasons I go regularly twice a week and some some seasons I go about once every other week; nothing consistent because of my life style.
I have not practicing yoga at home because I was under the impression that I have to have a heated room and I cant afford it right now. I do run run around playing football with the kids but here a problem with that because i have 2 knees rebuilt and the doctor advised me to stop my high impacts sports.for the last month, I have been going only once a week to practice only Bikram yoga.
I would love to loose about 20 lb for now. I am 5ft 7 in and I weigh 200lb so it will nice to see my weight dropped to 180 lb then i will set another goal from there. I am muscular but I “hate my gut”…just kidding.
Seriously, I would like to get rid of my belly that is where the majority of my body fat is hiding. Gabrielle, thanks so much for all you are doing to keep people healthy.keep up the good work. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
