My question is related to the back strenghtening series, Cobra, Locust, Full Locust and Floor Bow. I asked the teachers in my studio but I got two differet answers…!
Should I tuck my tummy in or not? To be honest I haven’t done it till my last class on Monday, and I noticed that it was harder to get my legst high while doing so.
Anyone care to share their experience, tips or wisdom?
