This may be a silly question but in wind removing pose I really cannot feel what I think I’m supposed to be feeling.
I think I have the technique right as my instructors have told me my leg positioning and shoulders etc. are all good, but I really can’t feel the “pinching sensation in the hip joint” or whatever it is we’re supposed to feel! I am pulling as hard as I can and my knee is only about 10 cm away from my shoulder.
I think maybe the ligaments in my hips are too flexible to be feeling anything? Does anyone else experience this?
Any advice would be appreciated!
