I’m about to head to my Hot Yoga studio for day 12 of my 30 days challenge and the last two or three days has been tough. I have found it difficult to get motivated to go in, albeit it was a weekend. I’ve suffered with depression and now that I’m doing yoga and getting chiropractic work done on a regular basis, I’ve felt MUCH better. But I’m curious as to what the 30 consecutive days will do for me. My fellow challenger has lost 12″ since she started!! I’m feeling more optimistic now that it’s Monday-Friday yoga again. It’s tough but I can’t willingly turn down a challenge!!

After more than 2 years of a quite regular practice, I’m now have 16 days in a row of classes. Not sure I’m doing a 30 day challenge, think I’m committing to taking it one day at a time. but i have found a studio with 8pm classes which is helpful on those days I just can’t get to my regular studio earlier. We’ll see how it goes. as of now I’m a bit stiff. but we’ll see. I do know that i can take a day off a week, but not planning on that at this time.
