    I work out six days a week- now I am doing 2 days hot yoga- 2 days weights -4 days aerobic- I want to do hot yoga 4 days a week- what should I change- its important to me to loss some weight

    Do Yoga your four days a week and take away the aerobics and weights. Substitute crossfit (www.crossfit.com) instead and start slowly adopting a zone diet (I can help if you are Vegan/Vegetarian with this).

    You will loose the weight while increasing your flexibility and gaining self awareness through the combination.

    Sometimes I find I have had less time to do my yoga and there have been times where I either have shape to drop or I have some emotional and physical cleansing to do ;). Every time my results are guaranteed to be fast if I go a minimum of 4 times a week. The more the better. If you really have a goal of losing weight then give up some other commitments short term and go to hot yoga as often as you can. I recommend giving hot yoga your undivided attention – don’t do other forms of exercise unless you have to.:cheese: Going 5 or 6 times per week will astound you with what you can achieve. Mind you, don’t expect, just be patient and observe. You may not notice anything for a little while and then just like magic all of a sudden you see your previously hidden form!

    I don’t have any experience with cross fit as Jared suggests. If you go the hot yoga path on its own then commit to your minimum number per week and go for 8 weeks solid. Then scale back to your maintenance program. I would love to hear of your progress so come back and post…

    I too had to adjust my training to fit it all in!!!
    I was doing cardio 6x weights 4x then….. hot yoga popped in my life! I LOVED it but also LOVE my other forms of exercise. whats a girl to do? well at first I tried doing it all (that lasted about two weeks!) then after careful self evaluation came to this routine
    now hot yoga 6-7x week and alternate my wights and cardio doing each 3x
    mon- cardio/yoga
    tues – weights/yoga
    wed- cardio/yoga
    thurs- weights/yoga
    fri – cardio/yoga
    sat weights/ yoga
    sun- OFF
    keep in mind this is not for the faint of heart. It is a VERY challenging routine and I have been training for years. good luck!
    my best advice is to look inside your own body to decide what feels right for you
