I signed up for a challenge for the month of March at my studio.
My goal is 20 classes.
Anyone want to participate at your home studio and we can post daily to motivate each other?
Never fear, dear Allison
You haven’t been bowled over with offers to join you. Don’t worry, it’s prolly just a timing thang! Maybe come back and tell us what’s going on for you during your challenge! I would be happy to support you. 😉

Gabrielle 🙂No worries.
I’ve talked about this site elsewhere, hoping to boost the traffic around here ;).
Thank you Allison!
That’s so lovely of you. I appreciate it. The obvious activity comes in waves where people are posting. Mostly the place is buzzing behind the scenes with about 35-50 people at the forum at any moment of the day 24/7 (and why this is the most visited and learned from bikram and hot yoga forum in the world). They’re reading the answers that are already there.
Keep posting. I love to answer questions and have fun connecting with you.

Gabrielle 🙂I’m a little behind….only completed 7 classes so far.
Plan to do some doubles on the weekends though and I want to hit the studio every night this week.
It’s so true that the hardest thing about this practice is just getting yourself to the studio!
Up to lucky #13.
I did a back to back double yesterday morning!
I notice that my arms and shoulders are pretty sore.
Nothing unbearable but still noticeable.
Do you think I may be pushing too far in postures?
I have noticed I’m going further in some….
Hi Allison
Are you pushing too far? That’s hard to say. Let’s start with this: If your arms and shoulders are pretty sure, my first instinct is that you’re straightening your arms and squeezing them to the side of your head. Is that right? Are you locking out your arms all the time?

Gabrielle 🙂Ha I never responded to last post but could’ve been.
I feel amazing though not only from the yoga, but because I completed my 20 classes last night!
Congratulations Allison! You made it!
