I have a 3 year old active boy and a 3 month old baby. I am sure I am not the only mom having problems carving solo, undivided time for doing her yoga. My question is, will I benefit from doing some poses whenever I can? or should I wait a couple months until the baby is older and able to stay longer without me while I do my yoga?
Oh yes, Liliana, just spend 5 minutes or 10 minutes, 2 or 20 whenever you get the chance. Just do ANY movements to access your body and check into your sensations.
