I fell hard on my right wrist about two months ago and sprained it. After a few weeks of rest, I started practicing again, but it seems that the Bikram series makes the pain worse the next day. I am guessing it’s not all the poses, just the ones where I have to use my right hand in some way.
Should I just stop doing the series altogether until the pain is completely gone, or should I just not use my right hand? It’s kind of hard to do standing head to knee, for example, using just the left hand.
