Gabrielle,
Would you have any advice for women who are concerned about developing yeast infections from the high temperature and humidity in the Hot Room?
Thanks,

Hello Therese
I guess I would be asking you whether you have actually had yeast infections or if you are susceptible to them. If no to both then you really don’t have anything to worry about. Being in the hot and humid room doesn’t itself cause an infection. Yeast infections can be brought on by a number of factors: different systemic illnesses, and the biggie: use of antibiotics (which allows a proliferation of certain microorganisms). Stress is another factor that can lower your immune response.
If you have a yeast infection and it is not being treated then staying out of the humidity will help while the infection goes unchecked. To treat an infection follow the advice of your doctor or the package(!) or go online. There is plenty of great information about.
Kind regards
Gabrielle 🙂
