Howdy
I am currently training on MWF from 530am to 630am with SWAT trainers. The training is pretty intense. Lots of PT, cardio, and weight resistance. The trainers have something new every day to torture us.
I am concurrently doing the 60 day challenge at a local Bikram studio. I plan on staying in the bootcamp for the full two months as well.
This is the end of week 2 and everything is going well. I’m still tweaking my diet and sleep schedule but that’ll be for the rest of my life anyway.
Any advice or warnings? Encouragement would be good too as most people I tell this to tell me I’m crazy. And I tell them that I hope I am.
